(ATLANTA, Ga.) A new drinking and dining experience is coming to Atlantic Station and is set to debut this fall.

The new cuisine and wine bar, Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar, will feature an extensive selection of wines and classic French brunch, dinner and appetizers.

“When I first visited Atlantic Station five years ago, I felt a sense of ‘joie de vivre’ or ‘joy of living’,” Sam Djomo Jr., founder and general manager of Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar, said in a press release.

“The storefronts and bustling streets at Atlantic Station reminded me of my home in Paris, and I knew it was the perfect location for Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar. Our hope is to bring a little bit of France to Atlanta in a way that’s accessible to everyone.”

Along with a French-inspired menu, the restaurants will also serve Southern-inspired dishes. Customers will be able to enjoy small plates ranging from fried calamari, escargots bourguignon and tuna tartare. Larger entrees will include croque-madame, shrimp and grits and steak frites.

The establishment’s goal is to normalize champagne as an everyday beverage. The bistro will offer extensive champagne and wine lists at affordable prices.

“Our goal at Atlantic Station is to provide a wide variety of retail and restaurant options that meet the needs of our diverse community,” Kristie Ray, director of marketing at Hines, the owner of Atlantic Station, said in a statement.

“Rosé Bistro & Champagne Bar is a unique concept that provides classic French cuisine and wine in an approachable atmosphere. As always, we will continue to cultivate the right mix of international and local fare at Atlantic Station to offer something for everyone on the property.”

The bistro will be located near the Atlantic Green area and will feature a raw bar, indoor and outdoor dining, and a full bar with classic cocktails including rosé champagne punch and French 75.

As of now, there is no official opening date but the bistro will open in the fall.
