I love Val Surf due to its wide variety of boards, protective gear, glasses, clothes, shoes; they just have it all. I’ve been their customer for quite some time, and I have never had a bad experience with any of the products that I’ve bought from them.
Last week it was my brother’s 19th birthday. Since he is a big fan of skating, I guess there was no better way to celebrate it other than buying some new skateboards and go rolling on the street. This store is a treat for him.
Even though the coronavirus pandemic has changed certain things such as; the store has stopped curbside pickup and wearing masks is mandatory. Moreover, the workers even wear gloves and they also provide their customers with hand sanitizers.
Basically, the thing that sets Val Surf apart from other stores is its exceptional customer service. They don’t just listen to your queries, but also aim to solve your query. The entire staff at Val Surf is friendly, has complete knowledge of their job, and just makes you feel at home.
Overall, it was a great experience. I got everything my brother wanted, paid a very reasonable price, and the best part was that my brother loved everything he bought, so that’s a win-win situation. I am damn sure that we’ll be back at Val Surf in no time to buy one thing or the other. I mean, who wouldn’t!
