The most trustworthy motor mechanic I have ever come across is the Tire Man. Whenever I need anything to be repaired in my car, they're my first choice to go for.
The manager is such a polite and patient person; He is always ready to provide the best possible solution for your problems. I've had my break oil changed at their workshop, and it was an splendid experience, but the one thing that has made me their loyal customer happened just a few days ago.
As I was driving my car home after, I noticed a sudden change in the ride and suspected that maybe it's a flat tire, and that's precisely what it was. I cussed at myself for being stuck in all this LA traffic with a flat tire and no mechanic on sight to rescue me.
Then I suddenly remembered the Tire man and dialed their phone number right away, wishing the place hadn't closed as it was fairly late. After knowing my grave situation, they soon picked up and allowed me to come to their shop for the repair even though it was about to be closed in about 20 minutes while I was 30 minutes away. I was so happy and thankful for keeping their shop open for me.
When I got there, everyone was waiting for me and got to work right away. I was relieved to notice that all the workers at The Tire Man Agoura were wearing masks and gloves and were also maintaining social distancing. The staff worked expertly and had finished their job in no time.
I was hugely impressed with their dedication and professionalism, which has probably made me their life-long customer.
