If you have ever needed electronics or electronic advice, chances are that you have visited one of the Fry's Electronics stores in the Metroplex. From AAA batteries to whole home theaters, Fry's had it all. Unfortunately, the chain is working on permanently closing its online and brick-and-mortar stores, which is partially due to the COVID pandemic.

Fry's had a long life - 36 years - which included 31 stores that spanned across Texas, where the majority of stores were located, Indiana and Arizona. The shut-down process began on Feb. 24.

For customers who had already established work orders, etc., the company is reaching out to resolve these issues before the official close of business.

For more information or to check on previously scheduled repairs, visit the Fry's website.
