A Heart Opening Workout for Valentine's Day!
Who doesn't LOVE love?
Well, for some people, this day can be hard or lonely. Maybe you're single and wishing for a special someone. Or maybe you're missing a loved one you lost from the horrific pandemic.
Holidays are tough this year without the ability to actually SEE our loved ones.
Clear up your heart chakra with some of these exercises to enourge love, vulnerability, and intimacy. By opening up our heart physically, we are also mentally allowing more love to flow in.
For the following exercises, spend a full 60 seconds in each pose. Recover in child's pose for 60 seconds before moving on to the next heart opening exercise.
