(ATLANTA) OutKast members, André 3000 and Big Boi teamed up to share family recipes to help Meals on Wheels Atlanta.

According to WSBTV, the Atlanta duo posted their recipes to social media — André shared an apple pie recipe, that he calls “Quick Lil’ Pie” and Big Boi shared his mother’s recipe for a banana cream pie.

André 3000 also shared his thoughts on being part of the Meals on Wheels campaign saying, “The holidays are different this year because we can’t hang with our friends & families like we would normally. But for many of our elders, they may be lonely or food insecure now and much of the year. I am happy to be part of the #PassItDown campaign with @mealsonwheelsatlanta because they are doing really amazing things.”

Both members of the group are encouraging the public to help those in need this holiday season.

“This holiday season, respect your elders and support Meals on Wheels Atlanta,” Big Boi wrote on his Instagram.
