Spokane man dies at home after being shot in the face

(SPOKANE, Wash.) Spokane Police Department (SPD) was called to a home on N. Jefferson St. and Northwest Blvd. to investigate the death of a man shot in the face early on Wednesday.

"Information is limited, but police said a dead man was found at the home," KXLY reported.

SPD is investigating a death at this home. Someone called just after 4am saying a man had been “shot in the face”.

Police are working to obtain a search warrant to confirm this happened and investigate the home. All they can confirm is that a dead man is inside. @kxly4news

Someone made a 911 call just after 4 a.m.

SPD has obtained a search warrant for the ongoing investigation.
