FBI catches 26-year-old for revenge porn that lead to cyberstalking harassment charge.

Micah Austin Goodale, a 26-year-old was charged and arrested for cyberstalking after harassing his previous close partner by spreading her sexual images and videos across several social media applications. The harasser included the personal phone number, address and identifying information along with the revenge porn posts. Goodale threatened the victim with death through texts and email, distributed her images to her friends and family after logging into her account and threatened to harm the victim’s family. The offender violated 18 U.S.C. 2261A(2) and will appear in the federal court of Arizona district.
The F.B.I. is very serious when it comes to cybercrimes, and works along with agents in phoenix, as mentioned by F.B.I. Special Agent in Charge Eli S. Miranda.
However, the offender is presumed guilty as the charges are allegation based and needs to be proven guilty by a court of law.
The investigation was done by F.B.I. in Honolulu, Hawaii and prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Morgan Early.
